That may be a sign of how much trouble the economy is facing, with many analysts contending that the country is flirting with a recession and may, in fact, already be in one. ——— House, Senate at Odds on Stimulus WASHINGTON (AP)—The Senate is set to begin voting on dueling economic aid proposals, as senators rush to add jobless benefits and tax rebates for high earners, the elderly, and disabled veterans to a House-passed package. Senate Democrats and some Republicans are teaming up to tack $32 billion onto the House measure with a bill that would send rebates of $500-$1,000 to all but the richest taxpayers.

I expected a fall around the time of the Budget, but this is quite shocking. The prices of shares have fallen to a great extent. It will badly affect the financial position of investors. I have also suffered a loss of around Rs2.5 lakh, but I think I will be able to recover my money soon, within a short span of time. I would also prefer to invest in Reliance mutual funds, as it is growing at a faster rate. I don't think such companies are manipulating market prices. Many small investors have created a panic, as they aren't being allowed to make further investments in shares. I think that this step is just a temporary one, and it is being implemented for the good of the small investor.

Don't cheer smoking ban; you may be next target
There is 100% no way this ban will be reversed....I say this with 100% certainty little fella. But you just keep on thinking this ok. No one really expects you smokers to get it, I mean come on, you are not even wise enough to drop the horrible habit in the 1st place.
